Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Configuration: Expertly install, program, and configure advanced access control and surveillance systems, with a focus on LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis technologies. Ensure systems are tailored to client specifications and project requirements.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate directly with clients to assess their security needs, provide expert advice, and ensure complete satisfaction with the deployment and servicing of systems.
• Service & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis systems. Ensure all components are functioning optimally and respond promptly to service calls.
• Shop Configuration: Prepare and test security system components in our shop, with a focus on the above-mentioned technologies, ensuring they are ready for flawless field installations.
• Training & Support: Offer comprehensive training and support on the functionalities and best practices of LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis systems to clients and team members. Act as a mentor for junior technicians.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of installations, configurations, and service activities specifically related to LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis systems. Generate comprehensive reports for clients and internal teams.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks, ensuring that all installations meet industry standards, client specifications, and company policies.

Requirement

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in physical security systems, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experience with LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis systems.
• Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in programming and configuring LenelS2, Genetec, Milestone, and Axis systems. Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift over 80 pounds and work comfortably on ladders and lifts.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient with basic hand and power tools, and knowledgeable in electrical circuitry and blueprint reading.
• Credentials: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in security and IT are highly desirable. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Work Schedule & Travel: This is an hourly field position with workdays typically from Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM. While most work is local, occasional overnight travel may be required.
