Job seekers have a tendency to view themselves as beggars — walking around hats-in-hand, hoping for somebody to have pity on them and give them a job. This is not how God views His children! He has something much better in mind. His instruction is simply this— seek Him, because He wants to be found. If you choose to involve God in your daily life you will see a dramatic difference in everything. Can you picture what it will be like when people run to obey you? Can you imagine companies competing to hire you? This is God’s Word and He cannot lie. Meditate on this scripture and see yourself in your proper role in God’s kingdom… as a ruler! Start practicing now, in this life, to be ready for the day when Jesus returns.
