Medieval Times Dinner and Tournament, America’s #`1 Dinner Attraction, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Schaumburg, IL castle.
Responsibilities Include:
*Oversight of building maintenance and upkeep for our 65,000+ square foot castle
Serve as “technical expert” for General Manager concerning repair and maintenance & equipment replacement issues, providing the necessary direction or ownership as required for resolution
*Negotiate and maintain contacts with outside vendors, i.e. landscapers, painters, interior construction, etc.
*Performs minor repairs and upkeep, as necessary
*Responsible for the administration and monitoring of preventive maintenance program
*Performs related duties as assigned

Requirement
Requirements include:
*High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
*5+ years maintenance experience
*Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and blueprints
*Good understanding of HVAC systems
*Ability to manage multiple projects with varying requirements and deadlines
*Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
