- Shift Time: Saturday - Monday 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Our purpose is to provide accurate testing results, expeditiously, to allow medical professionals the data needed to care for their patients. This position is responsible for performing and interpreting clinical laboratory tests that require complete adherence to industry & equipment manufacturer guidelines.
OVERVIEW
- Performs all laboratory tests necessary for diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Responsible for reporting results which are accurate as substantiated by use of appropriate controls.
- Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding of routine procedures for all areas of the laboratory.
Requirement
- High complexity testing
- Intermediate trouble shooting skills on trained testing platforms
- Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office (Word, Excl, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain records in accordance with procedures and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of records as required by state and federal laws and regulations
- Scientific and technical knowledge from current sources, such as the AABB/FACT/NETCORD Standards and relevant guidelines related to FDA, CLIA, and CMA, both state and federal
- Knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, regulations, and voluntary accrediting standards related to the operation of clinical laboratories and blood bank
- Knowledge of laboratory processes, inventory requirements, and quality systems
- BA or BS in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology from an accredited institution
