Job Opportunity: Membership Specialist – Allied Construction Industries (ACI) – Cincinnati, OH
In office position – Salary Range $50k to $60k

Job Summary: We are seeking a full-time Membership Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting membership retention and acquisition efforts, managing member engagement, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about making a difference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support member retention and acquisition through outreach and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of membership activities using CRM (Personify).
- Monitor member engagement and recommend ways to enhance involvement.
- Coordinate logistics for events and outreach programs.
- Assist with data entry and ensure information accuracy.
- Manage the Tri-State Area Safety Council and ensure compliance with BWC.
- Provide general administrative support for company operations.

Requirement
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of business experience.
- Proficiency in enterprise-level CRM software (e.g., Personify, Microsoft CRM, Salesforce).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and task oriented.
- Detail-oriented with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation around the Greater Cincinnati area.
- Event management and relationship management skills.
