As a Outside Sales Consultant with Fiber-Seal, you will manage a territory with an existing book of business, build the book and represent the organization and products. The Outside Sales Consultant will have provide outstanding customer service to clients.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers and interior designers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads and interior designers through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Follow up with existing clients on a regular basis to make sure they are using our services.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for additional products and services.

Requirement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of outside sales experience; required.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Previous experience in fabric care maintenance a plus.
  • Must have a valid Driver’s License.
